Role Objective:
- Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for Birlasoft (BSL) demands, ensuring timely closures, quality hiring, and compliance with defined hiring processes and audit controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned JRs: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
- Screen profiles against JD, skill requirements, grade, location, and budget alignment.
- Coordinate L1/L2 interviews in SuccessFactors and ensure timely feedback closure.
- Ensure adherence to interview governance (assessor eligibility, duplicate prevention, mandatory feedback).
- Drive offer rollout, approvals, and documentation as per BSL approval matrix.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, TSC Leads, vendors, and onboarding teams.
- Maintain accurate data updates in ATS (SuccessFactors) and ensure audit readiness.
