Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery




- Lead medium-complexity initiatives through the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, and transition.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, RAIDQ logs, project financial forecasts, and communication plans.
- Actively monitor project health, manage risks/issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, status updates, decision forums, and project working sessions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.

Business & Technical Analysis (Applied Expertise):
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and ensure solution alignment with business and technology strategies.
- Support requirements gathering, process mapping, system/data analysis, and clarifications for technical teams.
