We are seeking a high-performing, analytically driven professional to join our Global Human Capital Insights (HCI)
team as a trusted analytics advisor. While reporting and data validation are foundational to this role, the primary focus is on translating workforce data into insights that inform strategy, mitigate risk, and drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and leadership to identify trends and provide consultative, insight-driven recommendations in a collaborative, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Provide insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Use data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across HR functions.
- Support leadership through data storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
