Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Organic waste collection and segregation
- Preparation and maintenance of vermicompost beds
- Monitoring moisture, temperature, and quality of compost
- Handling and care of earthworms
- Harvesting ready compost
- Packing and storage of final product
- Maintaining cleanliness of production area
- Daily reporting of work progress
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of farming or composting (preferred)
- (Hardworking & responsible)
- Physically fit
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in organic farming or compost preferred
Salary
₹10,000- ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
