Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide students regarding BPSC/UPSC courses and career paths
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective students
- Explain course details, fee structure, and benefits clearly
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team
- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or Ed-Tech industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of BPSC/UPSC exams (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication (Hindi & English)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Lead handling & conversion ability
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
