Job Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist in a bike showroom is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for creating a welcoming experience, guiding visitors, and supporting sales and service operations. The role involves handling inquiries about motorcycles, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and ensuring smooth showroom functioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom
- Understand basic customer requirements (current bike purchase, test ride, service, accessories) and direct them accordingly
- Provide general information about available bikes, models, pricing, and offers
- Schedule and manage test rides and service appointments
- Maintain visitor records and follow-up details
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about bikes, availability, and services
- Coordinate with sales executives for customer handling and lead conversion
- Assist in billing support, documentation, and delivery coordination




- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
- Ensure reception and showroom entrance area is clean and presentable
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement at the front desk

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
- Experience in retail, automobile showroom, or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of motorcycles/bikes is an advantage
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Familiarity with computers (billing software, MS Office)
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
