Invoice Processing: Prepare, verify, and process invoices for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile shipping manifests with physical stock, ensuring no missing or damaged items.
- Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate shipping/receiving paperwork (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, and export documents).
- Data Entry: Log all billing and inventory data into warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software like
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory software.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
