Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing creatives, banners, and promotional materials for WhatsApp and SMS communication campaigns.
- Create PDFs, brochures, and informative marketing documents.
- Design patient testimonial creatives and create engaging video reels.
- Write content for WhatsApp and SMS communication campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand creative briefs and deliver quality output within timelines.
- Present creative ideas and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets and campaign materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and communication channels.
- Use AI tools and creative platforms to improve efficiency and content quality.




- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Healthcare sector is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of graphic designing, video editing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Positive understanding of social media and digital communication formats.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
