Roles and Responsibilities:
- Timely Delivery:
- Deliver medicines and other medical supplies to customers, hospitals, clinics, and other clients on time.
- Order Verification:
Collect correct items from the store based on the invoice or delivery slip and cross-check with the order list.Ensure polite and skilled behavior while delivering orders. Collect payment (if applicable) and provide proper receipts.Collect COD (Cash on Delivery) amounts carefully and hand over to the accounts team with proper records.Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delivery time and fuel usage.Maintain delivery logs including time, address, recipient signature, and payment status.Follow hygiene standards while handling medical products and ensure safe transport without damage.Ensure proper maintenance of delivery vehicle (bike/scooter), check fuel, brakes, and servicing regularly.Communicate with store and dispatch team in case of delay, return, or order issues.
