Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into digital strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Social Media, Paid Media, Content, and Design.
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular reports and insights with clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and marketing activities.
- Conduct regular review meetings and strategy discussions with clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
