Role Overview

As the International Franchise Development Manager, you will lead the global expansion of our high-end sports lifestyle spaces, premium fitness hubs, and interactive concepts. You will leverage a personal network of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) operators and master franchisees.

Your primary focus will be closing high-value multi-country agreements across our 14 target markets:Hong Kong,



China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, USA, Russia, Germany, United Kingdom, India, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
- Master Franchise Architecture: Model, pitch, and execute our international master franchise expansion framework for upscale sports lifestyle concepts.
- UHNW Operator Engagement: Target, vet, and secure high-net-worth individuals, top-tier retail conglomerates, and elite master franchisees.
- Deal Structuring & Closing: Lead multi-million dollar franchise negotiations, defining territorial exclusivity, fee structures, and development timelines across our 14 core countries.
- Territory Analysis: Conduct deep-dive commercial feasibility studies to identify premium, high-traffic real estate clusters within target global metros.
