Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, retailers, and distributors within the jewelry and accessories market.
- Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, trade shows, and online channels.
- Prepare and present customized business proposals to potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary contact for client communications, queries, and support.
- Manage client feedback and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

3. Market Research & Analysis
- Study market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify recent opportunities.
- Provide insights and suggestions for product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.

4. Sales & Target Achievement




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure consistent progress toward goals.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.

5. Brand Promotion & Representation
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
- Promote the brand image by maintaining professional presentation and product knowledge.
- Support marketing activities and assist in social media or digital campaigns when needed.

6. Coordination & Team Support
- Collaborate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide input to management on customer needs and market demand.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business develop
