About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sourcing Executive who has previously worked with an e-commerce brand. The role involves product sourcing, vendor management, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth procurement operations.

Responsibilities:
Source products and identify reliable suppliers/vendors

Research new products and market trends

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, timelines, and payment terms with suppliers

Build and maintain robust vendor relationships

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely product delivery

Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning

Ensure product quality and timely procurement

Maintain sourcing reports, quotations, and purchase records

Visit suppliers/vendors when required

Requirements:
Experience working with an E-commerce Brand is preferred





Minimum 1 year experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Vendor Management

Good knowledge of Excel and basic reporting

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good understanding of inventory and supply chain coordination

Ability to research products and suppliers effectively

Well-organized and responsible in handling operations

Experience in Ecommerce or D2C

Vendor sourcing and procurement experience

Comfortable with supplier follow-ups and coordination
