The Primary Coordinator for Grades 1 & 2 is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functioning of the primary section for both CBSE and Cambridge curricula. The role ensures smooth curriculum implementation, teacher supervision, student progress monitoring, parent communication, and maintaining high teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities:Academic Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE and Cambridge curriculum frameworks for Grades 1 & 2.
- Monitor lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching methodologies.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus as per academic calendar.
- Support teachers in differentiated instruction and student engagement strategies.
- Review student academic performance and plan interventions where required.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, report cards, and result analysis.

Teacher Management:
- Conduct regular staff meetings and academic planning sessions.




- Identify teacher training needs and organize professional development programs.
- Ensure teacher punctuality, discipline, and adherence to school policies.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new teachers.

Student Development:
- Monitor student discipline, attendance, behaviour, and well-being.
- Address student concerns in coordination with teachers and counsellors.
- Promote holistic development through co-curricular and enrichment activities.
- Encourage values-based education and positive classroom culture.

Parent Relations:
- Maintain robust communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Conduct parent orientation programs, PTMs, and regular meetings.

Administrative Responsibilities:
