Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CPL, and conversions.
- Create and scale lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Track campaign performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy.
- Monitor trends, campaign metrics, and platform updates regularly

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Good understanding of Performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
