Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound international calls to potential clients regarding immigration and education services.
- Explain services clearly and confidently to generate leads.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular contact.
- Keep records of calls and client details in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a qualified tone during conversations.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and persuasion skills over the phone.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with different client groups.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle follow-up calls and maintain call logs.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
