Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle LAN networking tasks including cabling, IP addressing, and connectivity issues.
- Provide printer installation and troubleshooting support.
- Install and update operating systems, drivers, and required software.
- Provide technical support to staff for system-related issues.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.Tech / +2 with IT Diploma
- Experience: 1-3 years in IT support or technical support role
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office installation, and system configuration:
- Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Work & Travel
- Reporting Location: Ambala
- Travel expenses will be covered by the company.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
