Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Microservices, and DevOps automation
- Evaluate and recommend new frameworks, tools, and platforms to improve development productivity and system performance
- Design and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes for current technical ideas and product enhancements




- Work with engineering teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing products
- Research best practices for scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture proposals, and research reports
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate open-source technologies and third-party tools
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams on modern architectures and best practices

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in software architecture and system design
- Strong knowledge of Databases (MS SQL Server / NoSQL)
- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation (preferred)
- Experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
