Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
- Supervise staff and coordinate daily tasks
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and product displays
- Handle billing, cash management, and reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the shop
- Assist in creating basic photo/video content for social media promotions
- Coordinate with the marketing team for shop-related campaigns and updates

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail/shop management or similar role
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Robust customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management
- Interest in content creation, reels, photos, or social media is preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
