Supports the procurement department by sourcing construction materials (cement, steel, bricks, tiles, etc.) efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery to sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive material indents from site engineers and prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs).

Source quotes from multiple vendors and prepare comparative statements.

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) upon management approval.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to the construction site.

Maintain accurate records of purchased materials, pricing history, and vendor details.

Qualifications & Skills:
Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Materials Management.

Basic knowledge of civil construction materials and their standard market rates.

Strong negotiation skills and vendor management abilities.
