Location:
This role goes beyond teaching — we are looking for someone who can mentor students, guide them towards real-world opportunities, and actively contribute to their creative growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and train students in Menswear, Womenswear, and Kidswear design:
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans and practical sessions
- Guide students in garment construction, illustration, and design concepts:
- Mentor students for fashion shows, competitions, and industry exposure:
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry opportunities:
- Support students in building portfolios and preparing for careers in fashion
- Participate in institute events, workshops, and fashion shows
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience (Freshers can Also apply):
- Solid knowledge of fashion design techniques and garment construction:
- Experience in organizing or participating in fashion shows is preferred
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Passionate about teaching and student development
- Willingness to relocate to Baramati (if not local)
