Operations Engineer (GET) - Mechanical

We are hiring an Operations Engineer (Graduate Engineer Trainee / Mechanical Engineer) for our Manesar plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Manpower planning and daily operations handling
- Managing assembly operations and production activities
- Preparing assembly documentation and work instructions (Spindles)
- Handling MES system login and department-wise operations
- Vendor coordination and documentation management
- Customer order planning and ensuring on-time delivery
- Daily production/work planning across departments
- Monitoring work orders and operational progress
- Ensuring quality verification of incoming spare parts from suppliers




- Supporting production planning and execution activities

Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering background (Diploma / BE / B.Tech)
- 3-4 years of experience in operations / manufacturing / production
- Basic computer literacy preferred
- Good documentation and coordination skills
- Willing to work in plant/operations environment
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
