Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation at all times
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Build and maintain robust client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Meet or exceed individual sales and service targets
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a salon or beauty setting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- A positive,
team-oriented attitude
