Job Title: Telesales Executive (Outbound Sales)
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹14000- 20000 per month

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided leads/database.
Pitch skincare products to customers and clearly explain product benefits.
Understand customer skin concerns, requirements, and preferences.
Recommend suitable skincare products from the brand portfolio based on customer needs.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively during calls.
Guide customers toward the right product purchase decision.
Close sales on calls and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant skincare products to increase order value.
Follow up with interested customers to convert them into buyers.
Maintain proper call records and update CRM/system with customer details.




Ensure a positive customer experience and build trust with customers through professional communication.

Requirements:
Solid communication skills in English (mandatory).
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Ability to confidently pitch products and convince customers.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Prior telesales/telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
