Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media posts, ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Create banners, brochures, flyers, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Develop website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and communication standards.
- Edit and optimize graphics for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Work with the video editing team for thumbnails, motion graphics, and visual assets when required.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.




- Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
- Knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in design tools is an advantage.

Experience
- 1-1.5 years for junior role with strong portfolio can apply.
- Internship experience in digital marketing or a creative agency preferred.

Pay: ₹11,442.52 - ₹20,000.00 per month
