Overview

A Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring objectives are achieved efficiently. They act as the bridge between stakeholders and the project team.

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Manage budgets and track project costs
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Lead and motivate project teams
- Close projects and evaluate performance

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
- Knowledge of methodologies like Agile or Waterfall

Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Qualified)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
