Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of website and e-commerce platforms
- Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and updates
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date

Order Management
- Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order-related queries

Inventory Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory across platforms
- Coordinate with warehouse team to avoid stock-outs or overselling

Sales & Performance Support
- Assist in executing online promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Support performance marketing team with product data and creatives
- Track sales performance and suggest improvements

Marketplace Management _(if applicable)_
- Manage listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Monitor marketplace performance, ratings, and reviews
- Optimize listings for visibility and conversions

Customer Experience




- Ensure smooth and satisfactory customer journey
- Handle complaints and escalate when necessary

Reporting & Analytics
- Track key metrics: orders, revenue, conversion rate, returns
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Identify areas for improvement in sales and operations

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales
- Experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, or D2C brands preferred

Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales funnels
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Basic Excel and reporting skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
