About the Role

Tyre Trax is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Pune. As the face of our store, you will help customers find the best tyre and automotive solutions for their vehicles, ensuring they drive away safe and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Greet customers and provide expert advice on tyre brands, sizes, and patterns based on their vehicle type and driving needs.
- Sales & Upselling: Handle walk-in inquiries, provide quotes, and close sales for tyres, alloys, and related automotive services.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with deliveries, and ensure the showroom display is organized and professional.
- Billing & Coordination: Manage invoices, process payments, and coordinate with the technical team for tyre fitment and alignment services.
- After-Sales Support: Address customer queries or concerns regarding warranties and maintenance.




- Lead Management & Tele-sales: Proactively call social media leads to convert inquiries into walk-in customers and professionally manage all incoming store calls.

Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales (automotive, hardware, or spare parts industry preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is a plus.
- Skills: Robust persuasion skills, basic computer knowledge for billing, and a "customer-first" attitude.
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of vehicles or tyres is highly preferred.
