Role Overview

The role requires leadership in project planning, monitoring, implementation, vendor coordination, reporting, and policy-level execution for tourism infrastructure and hospitality-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tourism and hospitality projects under PMU structure.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants,



vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, execution quality, and compliance.
- Prepare DPRs, project reports, presentations, and strategic documentation.
- Drive tourism development initiatives, destination branding, and hospitality ecosystem planning.
- Ensure smooth implementation of tourism infrastructure projects.
- Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and performance tracking.
- Manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Support policy implementation and tourism promotion activities.
- Develop operational frameworks and execution strategies for tourism projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- PGDM/MBA in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Operations, Infrastructure Management, Urban Planning, or related specialization from a recognized institute.
- 7-11 years of relevant experience in PMU, tourism, hospitality, or infrastructure projec
