ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement & Order Management
- Manage fabric purchases from a diverse pool of weavers, job workers, and fabric manufacturers as per company requirements.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs)



via ERP and follow up to ensure on-time delivery of materials in good condition.
- Manage re-ordering of fast-selling fabrics to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Update and maintain internal databases with order details including dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, contracts, shipments, and related documentation.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and vendor follow-ups as required.

Vendor Management & Negotiations
- Build and maintain robust working relationships with existing weavers, vendors, and fabric manufacturers.
- Proactively identify and onboard new vendors offering competitive pricing and quality fabrics.
- Evaluate vendor offers, negotiate prices, and secure the best commercial terms for the company.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all received products meet quality and condition standards.

Market Intelligence
- Continuously monitor price movements in regularly
