Recovery Telecaller (Banking / NBFC Collections)Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make regular outbound calls to delinquent customers to remind them of their overdue payments and EMIs.
- Negotiation & Payment Collection: Convince and negotiate with customers to settle their dues and guide them through the payment process.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with promise-to-pay (PTP) customers to ensure timely recovery.
- Data Logging: Accurately update customer interaction history, payment commitments, and call status in the collection CRM/system.
- Escalations: Identify and escalate critical or uncooperative cases to the team leader or field collection team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in Banking, NBFC, or Credit Card Collections.



(Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply).
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and the local language. Basic understanding of English is preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and convincing skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Target-Driven: Highly motivated to achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
