The Trainer is responsible for planning, designing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and compliance. The role involves conducting induction, technical, behavioural, and process training while ensuring training effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Training Planning & Needs Analysis
- Prepare monthly and annual training calendars aligned with business goals
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs
- Deliver induction and onboarding training for current employees
- Facilitate technical, behavioural, soft skills, process, and compliance training
- Ensure active participation and effective learning outcomes

- and post-training assessments to measure effectiveness
- Collect and analyse participant feedback
- Maintain accurate training attendance, assessment scores, and feedback records
- Prepare and submit training MIS and reports to management




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Manage training schedules, and resources
- Ensure training programs comply with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements
- Support audits by maintaining proper training documentation
- Management to Launch Studio

Pay: ₹50,033.16 - ₹55,744.03 per month
