Key Responsibilities
- Batch Management: Execute charging, heating, cooling, and filtration processes for chemical batches according to the Batch Production Record (BPR).
- Reactor Operations: Operate and monitor glass-lined and SS reactors, centrifuges, and distillation columns.
- Process Control: Monitor critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, and pH levels during reactions to ensure high yield and purity.
- In-Process Testing: coordinate with the QC lab for basic in-process checks final sample approvals.
- Safety & Compliance: strictly follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and use appropriate PPE; maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately fill out BPRs, logbooks, and shift handover reports to maintain traceability for ISO audits.
- Yield Optimization:



Assist the Plant Manager in identifying ways to reduce waste and improve the efficiency of organic chemical synthesis.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. or
- Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on experience in a chemical or API manufacturing plant.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of organic synthesis and chemical reactions.
- Practical knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals and solvents.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a plant workplace and manage rotating shifts.

Pay: ₹8,180.97 - ₹38,107.92 per month
