Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and repairs.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Handle basic server, networking, and antivirus management.
- Support new system installations and upgrades.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT support or technician role.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, Windows systems, and basic server management.
- Experience in hotel industry IT support will be preferred.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
