Web Appliances Group is looking for dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executives responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing business accounts. The role focuses on selling digital marketing services, website development, and lead generation solutions to businesses.

This position involves field sales / tele-sales, client meetings, product demos, and revenue generation through service packages, along with ensuring robust client retention.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new business clients through cold calling, field visits, references, and networking
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients

2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Sell digital services such as website development, SEO, social media marketing, and paid ads:
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients

3. Product Demo & Presentations
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with business owners
- Present company services and explain ROI-driven solutions




- Customize proposals based on client requirements

4. Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a trusted advisor for digital growth strategies
- Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement

5. Client Servicing & Retention
- Ensure client satisfaction and service delivery coordination
- Handle client queries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain high renewal and retention rates

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
- 0-5 years in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or field sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi & English)
- Confident in client interaction and presentations

Negotiation Skills
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively

Mobility
- Willingness to travel for client meetings (field sales role
