Key Responsibilities:Structural Work:
- Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting work
- Ensure structural work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
- Coordinate with site engineers for layout and execution
Finishing Work:
- Oversee plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and waterproofing work
- Ensure high-quality finishing standards are maintained
- Manage snag lists and final finishing activities
General Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise labor and subcontractors on site
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
- Maintain daily site progress reports
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently
