Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team for optimum performance.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle documentation and coordinate with legal/home loan teams when required.
- Recruit and train sales executives and channel partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 3-10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience in residential/commercial property sales preferred

Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling channel sales and direct sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of local property market and RERA regulations

Salary Range
- Depending on experience and company standards
- Typically includes fixed salary + incentives + performance bonuses
