Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions across departments
- Use advanced search techniques (Boolean search, filters, etc.) to identify relevant profiles
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage job listings




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing accuracy, and overall hiring performance

Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously

Age: Minimum 35+ years

Location: South / East Delhi preferred

Qualification:Graduate or Post-Graduate in any field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
