Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the entire construction process from planning to completion, ensuring projects meet quality standards and project plans.
- Manages and coordinates construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering a productive work environment.
- Enforces safety protocols, ensures compliance with building codes and regulations, and conducts regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Conducts field inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards, and addresses deficiencies as needed.
- Develops and monitors project schedules, coordinates work activities to prevent delays, and adjusts plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Monitors and controls project expenses, tracks material usage, and ensures the project stays within the allocated budget.
- Maintains accurate daily logs, records,



progress reports, and handles necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Liaises with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors, to report on progress, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
