Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to real estate projects.
- Generate leads through calling, references, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with developers and clients for smooth closure of deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
- Passion for sales and customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market preferred.
- Ability to work on targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
