We're looking for a detail-driven Sampling Incharge to lead our sample development process and bridge design with production. If you understand garments beyond sketches and can turn ideas into perfectly executed samples, this role is for you.

○ Role Overview You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sampling--from proto to pre-production--ensuring fit, construction, and quality meet brand standards before bulk production.

Key Responsibilities Lead development of proto, fit, sales & PP samples Interpret tech packs, sketches & desian briefs accuratelv Coordinate with pattern masters,



tailors & merchandisers Conduct fit sessions and implement corrections Ensure high-quality finishing and construction standards Manage sampling timelines and ensure on-time delivery Track sample revisions and approvals Requirements Strong knowledge of garment construction & fabrics Hands-on experience with fit corrections & pattern understanding Ability to read and execute tech packs

Experience in women's western wear preferred ‣ Strong coordination & problem-solving skills Bonus If You Have Experience in premium contemporary fashion brands Exposure to export houses or fast-paced D2C setups

Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
