Roles and Responsibilities:
2. Tally Support:
- In this role, you will support customers using Tally by answering their questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through the software.
- You will use your strong knowledge of Tally and accounting concepts to explain features in an easy-to-understand manner and troubleshoot technical problems.
- You will also work with internal teams to report bugs and suggest improvements, stay updated on new software features, and help identify customer concerns to provide effective solutions.
- Additionally, you will assist in training and onboarding new users to ensure they can use the software confidently and smoothly.

What should you have?
- 1-2 years' experience only must apply.
- Graduate—Bachelor's degree.
- Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.
- Worked as a Tally support executive / worked on Tally before.:




- Freshers with Tally Prime knowledge are also welcomed.:
- Must have a solid understanding of accounting/Tally Prime with GST.

Job Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai.

Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
