Key Responsibilities
- Premium Guest Relations: Greet every customer immediately upon entry with a warm, professional attitude.
- Expert Recommendations: Guide customers through our menu, offering suggestions based on their preferences and explaining the unique qualities of our different ranges.
- Service Excellence: Ensure orders are prepared beautifully and served promptly, focusing on the "perfect scoop" and high-quality presentation of sundaes and bakery items.
- Sample Management: Proactively offer tasters of new or seasonal flavors to enhance the customer journey.
- Store Ambience: Monitor the seating and serving areas constantly to ensure the workplace is spotless, inviting, and aligned with Top N Town’s premium standards.
- Queue Management: During busy hours, manage the flow of customers effectively to ensure everyone is attended to in a timely manner.





Requirements:
- Personality: Naturally outgoing, polite, and energetic. You should enjoy interacting with people of all ages.
- Presentation: Neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; ability to converse comfortably with a diverse customer base.
- Service Mindset: A proactive "how can I help" attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience: While hospitality experience is a plus, we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
