Job Summary: Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Location: Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad, UP

- Experience: 3-7+ years in sheet metal/fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and set shift schedules to meet deadlines.
- Process Oversight: Supervise fabrication processes including CNC bending, laser cutting, punching, and welding.
- Quality Control: Ensure production output meets technical specifications and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and coach floor employees to optimize productivity.
- Safety & Maintenance: Enforce safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and ensure regular machine maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:



3+ years of hands-on experience in a sheet metal workshop.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in reading blueprints/technical drawings and CNC machine operation.
- Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills.
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Indeed +4
