Responsibilities:
- Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support day-to-day employee relations and address basic HR inquiries
- Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment processes
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate performance review and employee evaluation processes
- Support HR projects such as training and development initiatives
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping systems as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Desired Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferred (internships may count)
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS
