Job Description - Inventory Executive

Position: Inventory Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 2-4 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and material availability.
- Monitor inward and outward material transactions and update records regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports and submit to management.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, warehouse, and site teams for material planning and availability.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN, invoices, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Track material consumption and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory data in ERP/software or Excel sheets accurately.




- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid losses or damage.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to inventory management.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and inventory software/ERP systems.
- Strong record maintenance and reporting skills.
- Good analytical and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse/store operations.
- Valuable communication and professional behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
