Employment Type Full-time / Program-based Engagement
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Implementation & Community Engagement:
Conduct regular field visits and community-level engagement activities. Support implementation of the Vanaushadhi Program at the grassroots level.
Coordinate with Sevikas ( Community health workers ) and local stakeholders for smooth execution of activities. Participate in community awareness and outreach initiatives.
2. Training & Capacity Building:
Deliver structured training sessions for Sevikas as per approved program protocols.
Ensure adherence to standardized training methodologies and field guidelines.
Assist in developing practical understanding of community health concepts among field workers.
Provide on-ground mentoring and supportive supervision.
3. Patient Counselling & IEC Activities
Participate in Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities.
Conduct patient counselling sessions related to lifestyle,
preventive care, and traditional health practices.
Promote community awareness regarding protected and appropriate health practices.
4. Program Support & Integration
Assist in integrating traditional practices within standardized program guidelines.
Provide field-level observations and insights for program strengthening and improvement.
Coordinate with the core implementation team during planning, reviews, and monitoring activities.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate field records and reporting formats.
Participate in periodic review meetings and program evaluations.
Support monitoring and quality assurance processes.
Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Qualifications:
BAMS degree from a recognized institution Valid registration with the respective State Council
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in community health or rural health programs Interest in public health and grassroots health
