Role Objective

To bridge the gap between brand awareness and revenue. You will be responsible for representing MGPS Lifts in the architectural and construction community, ensuring our brand is the first choice for premium vertical transportation in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Networking (B2B Marketing)
- Build and maintain a "Specifier Database" of top architects, interior designers, and civil contractors in Jaipur.
- Conduct "Lunch & Learn" sessions or small presentations at architecture firms to showcase MGPS product catalogs.
- Ensure MGPS Lifts brochures and samples are present in premium hardware and interior showrooms.

2. Lead Generation & Digital Outreach
- Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects in areas like Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, and C-Scheme.
- Use social media (Instagram/LinkedIn)



to engage with potential clients and influencers in the home decor space.
- Collect and share "Before & After" content from site installations for marketing materials.

3. Site Marketing & Branding
- Ensure MGPS branding (banners/boards) is visible at active construction sites where our lifts are being installed.
- Organize small "Open House" events at completed project sites for neighboring homeowners to see the lift in action.

4. Sales Conversion
- Qualify marketing leads and turn them into site visit appointments.
- Negotiate and close deals by highlighting the MGPS USP (Local Jaipur service, custom light-series designs, and safety).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
