Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our immigration and overseas education team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about visa, immigration, and study abroad services.:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries politely and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain and update the lead database / CRM with accurate client information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with Visa Counsellors for further discussion.
- Explain service features, processes, and benefits to interested clients.
- Follow up with existing and new clients to ensure high conversion rates.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and maintain performance reports.
- Handle client queries with patience, professionalism, and clarity.
- Support the counselling and filing team with client communication when needed.

- Confidence in handling client objections and turning inquiries into conversions.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Experience Required:
- Freshers with good communication and learning attitude can apply.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Training or experience in customer service, sales, or communication is an advantage.
