Job Summary:
The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for UL operations, along with supporting financial planning activities including budgeting and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle asset procurement activities including quotations, ICP preparation, and PR creation
- Ensure approvals in line with SOA (Schedule of Authority)
- Coordinate for asset delivery and installation
- Manage vendor communication and follow-ups
- Process invoices and payments using SAP and Coupa systems
- Perform Budget vs Actual analysis and report key variances
- Assist in annual budget drafting and financial planning
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and compliance with internal policies

Skills & Requirements:
- 2/3 years of experience in Finance / P2P operations
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Coupa preferable
- Positive understanding of budgeting and financial analysis
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
